do I do about a damaged or missing item?
We're
sorry that there was a damaged or defective item in the order
you received. Please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible
so that we may remedy the situation immediately. When e-mailing,
please include your invoice number and any details that would
help us. We are normally able to respond to service requests within
1 business day. Defective CDs and Cassettes
will be replaced at no charge. Language courses/software cannot
be returned once they have been opened. There are no exceptions.

What is your merchandise return policy?
Our
return policy is simple. Within 7 days of receipt of your order,
you may return any unopened merchandise that is in new
condition. Unopened language courses must still be in the original
shrinkwrap and original packaging. We
will not accept returns that have been opened! There
are no exceptions. You will be refunded the
purchase price of the product (not including shipping), less a
15% re-stocking fee.
If
the return is a result of our error, you will receive a full refund
or exchange, including shipping costs.
How
do I return an item?
Simply
email us at info@bigredgarage.comto
obtain a return authorization. In your email, please indicate
the reason for your return, and include the invoice number. Once
you have received the return authorization, wrap the item securely
and ship it to the address indicated in your return authorization
email. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured
Parcel Post for return shipments.
